Installation Helper

What you'll do
  • Install custom awnings, motorized pergolas and architectural shade systems at residential + commercial job sites.
  • Execute the loading + unloading of materials and equipment to ensure project readiness.
  • Utilize hand and power tools daily to complete diverse tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.
What we're looking for
  • Prior experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, or general hands on labor.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a professional career within the specialty construction trades.

Awning & Canvas Fabricator

What you'll do
  • Operate specialized industrial sewing and walking foot machines to build custom awning products.
  • Inspect completed soft goods to ensure they meet rigid quality, fit, finish, and durability standards.
  • Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and patterns to guarantee exact fabrication specifications.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in specialty awning fabrication, upholstery, or industrial sailmaking.
  • Familiarity with automated cutting systems and large format fabric layout processes.

Metal Fabricator & Welder

What you'll do
  • Weld and assemble custom aluminum and steel frames for awnings, canopies, and pergolas.
  • Interpret basic shop drawings and fabrication specifications to maintain precise accuracy.
  • Grind, sand, and finish metal surfaces to ensure every project meets premium production standards.
What we're looking for
  • Previous professional welding and metal fabrication experience.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and comfort operating various fabrication equipment.

Residential Sales Consultant

What you'll do
  • Build and cultivate a high converting pipeline of luxury residential projects across the region.
  • Conduct comprehensive on site consultations to evaluate homeowner needs and present tailored shade solutions.
  • Collaborate with in house design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure flawless project handoffs.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of proven outside sales experience closing high value residential or specialty construction projects.
  • Strong consultative sales capability focused on value creation rather than price discounting.
